A notification has been issued on 09 February 2022 in connection with INITIATION OF ACRs / PERs BY REPORTING OFFICER & COUNTERSINGING OFFICER by School Education Department, Govt. of Punjab. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
INITIATION OF ACRs / PERs BY REPORTING OFFICER & COUNTERSINGING OFFICER
Kindly refer to this Directorate memo No. P.A/Dir(A8G)/636 dated 03-02-2022 on the subject cited above.
- It is to reiterate that the process of initiating of online ACRs/PERs
ongoing up till 15-02-2022. Parallel to initiating of ACRs/ PERs, Reporting & Countersigning is also in progress. All the Reporting Officers have to report upon the online submitted PERs/ACRs till 28-02-2022 and Countersigning Officers have to countersign upon the online subrnitted PERs/ ACRs by 31-03-2022. The Reporting Officers are directed to ensure the cornpletion of ACRs / PERs before stipulated time.
- The remaining staff who has not submitted their online PERs/ACRs are
also convey to subrnit the PERs before 15-02-2022. After 15-02-2.2 those staff who failed to submit their ACRs/PERs may call explanation and take strict action on lapse of responsibility. There will be zero tolerance over any negligence in this regard.
