A notification of Directions and Schedule regarding the Initiation of e-PERs on the Online System 2022 by the School Education Department, Punjab Lahore. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
DIRECTIONS AND SCHEDULE REGARDING INITIATION OF e-PERs ON ONLINE SYSTEM 2022
Apropos to the subject.
It is already in your knowledge that performance. evaluation reports (PER,) of all teaching .dres are to b initiated and countersigned through the online (HRMIS) system. After the introduction and implementation of e-PER (online) no manual PER of the current year will be considered/accepted.
The system is open w.e.f. 01.11.2022 for submission of e-PERs. All concerned teachers/officers under your domain may be directed to submit their e-PERs on HRMIS.
The last date of submission of e-PER in the system is 31.12.2022 on HRMIS. The concerned Reporting Officers (R.0) and Countersigning Officers (CO) shall have to complete their assignments in the capacity R.0 and C.0 well before 31.03.2023.
In the future, all kinds of promotions will be made through e-Promotion on the HRMIS system on the basis of e-PERs. Non-submission of e-PER through the system (HRMIS) within time will create difficulties In the promotion process. The defaulters of non-submission of e-PER will be responsible for the consequences and deferment of their promotion due to the non-availability of e-PER.
