Empowered to Serve Scholars Program

Introducing the Empowered to Serve Scholars Program—an esteemed scholarship for undergraduates. This award-based initiative encourages candidates to contribute to their communities, addressing educational and health expenses through volunteerism. Scholars dedicate their time to support community members, focusing on essential needs such as education, job opportunities, accommodation, food security, and health equity.

Aptly named the Empowered Scholarship PrograThis academic year, chosen students will receive $5000 to cover their educational and health costs. Empowered Scholars, backed by financial aid from the American Heart Association, aims to ease students’ focus on their educational and allowance requirements. In 2018, the Empowered Scholars organization collaborated with American Heart Association scholars to address crucial aspects of the scholarship. Following fruitful discussions, over $200,000 in scholarships were granted by the AHA. Presently, over 30 scholars from various colleges and universities are benefiting from Empowered Scholars.

Financial Aid

  3. Available for undergraduate students enrolled in a college or university.
  4. Submission of all required documents is mandatory.
  5. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
