For the given system of equations find the value of “y” using the Crammer Rule.

2x+3y+z=2

x+3y+z=1

3x+y+z=3

Solution

    Here

2x+3y+z=2

X+3y+z=1

3x+y+z=3

    We have to find ‘y’

    So,

=2(3-1)-3(1-3)+1(1-9) = 2(2)-3(-2)+1(-8)=4+6-8=2

=2(1-3)-2(1-3)+1(3-3) = 2(-2)-2(-2)+1(0)=-4+4=0

     So, by Cramer’s Rule
