New School Timings in Punjab from 6 May 2022 Official Notification has been issued by Punjab School Education Department on 29 April 2022. The new summer timings for Punjab Schools will be followed from 6th May 2022 to 15th October 2022. According to this notification, the Competent authority approved Summer Timings for all public & private schools in Punjab.

Consequent to approval of Competent Authority, the following summer timings, shall be observed in all educational institutions/schools in Punjab:-

Note: The opening and closing time for Girls Schools shall be 15 minutes earlier than the above-mentioned timings. It is further added that only 03 study hours be allocated for pre-nursery and Prep (i.e. till 11:00 am).
