A notification has been issued on 03-01-2022 in connection with Instructions Regarding the ban on Transfer Posting Education Department KPK by The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Elementary and Secondary Education Department. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
BAN ON TRANSFER / POSTING IN EDUCATION DEPARTMENT KPK
I direct to refer to this Department letter No. SO(SF)E&SED/4-1612021/Rationalization Policy dated 09-09-2021 and to convey the direction of Competent Authority regarding relaxation of the ban on posting transfer of teachers/officials formalities in accordance to rules/policy instructions issued by the Government /Department from time to time.
2.Further direct to state that the posting transfer of contract employees, the department will not carry out in any case, please
