A notification has been issued to all CEOs in South Punjab in connection with cancellation of Temporary Duties of Teaching / Non – Teaching Staff with out approval of S S Education Punjab.Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

CANCELLATION OF TEMPORARY DUTIES | SED SOUTH PUNJAB

The Competent Authority has shown serious concern regarding temporary duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officers, District Education Authorities and their lower formations. It has already been directed to cancel all such duties and in case of extreme hardship submit the case to the undersigned supported with required documents under rules / policy.

You are further directed to submit a certificate that no teacher / employ is serving on temporary duty without approval of the competent authority i.e the Secretary, School Education Department, South Punjab, Multan.
