A notification has been issued on 14-09-2021 in connection with non responding attitude and Non.Functional of PERs Desk to all CEOs.Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
NON-RESPONDING ATTITUDE AND NON-FUNCTIONAL OF PERS DESK
A number of complaints through different corners have been received in this Directorate that PERs Desk established in CEO (DEA) offices are not functioning properly and staff is non-cooperative in connection with initiation/ countersigning of PERs.
- You are directed to ensure the PERs cells functional in accordance with guidelines already issued by this Directorate time to time and performance of PERs desk may be monitored in person or regular basis.
- It is also directed that if any reporting officer I initiating officer and countersigning officer is reluctant or making hindrance in process of completion of PERs, the name of said officer may be conveyed to this Directorate immediately for initiation of departmental Proceedings against him under PEEDA Act, 2006.
- After receiving complete PERs, same-rmay be provided tf HRMS team for updation.
