A notification / letter has been forwarded to District Accounts Officer Jhang in connection with disbursement of Conveyance Allowance during vacations by District Education Auhtority Jhang.Further detail of said letter in same is as under;
DISBURSEMENT OF CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE TO DENGUE FOCAL PERSON IN VACATIONS 2022
As per direction issued from School Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore that dengue activities have to be performed on daily basis even during vacation / holidays period in all school promises by designated dengue Focal Persons through dengue android app.
Therefore, in view of above, designated school dengue Focal Persons are hereby allowed to grant conveyance allowance during vacation after fulfilling codal formalities. DDOs are directed to submit conveyance allowance claims to District Accounts Officer Jhang after verification of duty period during vacation period.
Note: Conveyance allowance will be admissible for one designated person only.
