A notification has been issued on 17-03-2022 in connection with Initiation of ACRs by Respected Reporting Officers & Countersigning Officer by Directorate of Public Instructions (EE) Lahore. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

You are already directed to complete the task of initiation E. countersigning of ACRs / PERs, the schedule has already been shared to complete the task of online ACRsiPERs on HRMIS portal for the year 2021 up till now 440,839 ACRs/PERs have been submitted online on HRMIS portal
It is highlighted that 302,944 ACR/PERs have been reported upon by the Reporting Officers but 94,461 are still pending with Reporting officer1 and 7,883 are pending mth Reporting Officer, Furthermore. countersigning officers have completed the countersign’, of ACR/PERs about 36,896. (District wise detail is enclosed)
You are once again directed to complete this process of initiation countersigning of ACRs / PERs till 31-03-2022. The CEOs and Os concerned will be held responsible to complete task NW. Stipula time otherwise disciplinary proceech,s with impended aga the delinquent officers.
