A notification has been issued on 9th April 2022 in connection with 15% Disparity Allowance Notification 2022 KPK by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa .Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that a summary on the subject was moved by Finance Department to the Chief Minister. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for! placement before the Provincial Cabinet through circulation Keeping in view the urgency of the matter, the Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to approve the proposal that the summary be circulated amongst members of the Cabinet for their approval through circulation on emergent basis.
The subject issue was accordingly circulated to the members of the Cabinet for their kind approval/signature which was accordingly approved / signed by 08 Cabinet members. Therefore, under Rule-20(c) and Rule-24(3)(b) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Rules of Business, 1985, the Summary stands approved.
I am therefore to request that an implementation report of the Cabinet decision as required under Rule-25(2) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Government Rules of Business, 1985 may kindly be furnished on top priority basis to the Cabinet Section, Administration Department.
