1 am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Competent Authority has approved the appointment of School Leaders (BS-16) Senior School Leaders (BS-17) and Dumpty District Education Officer Quality (BS-18) on a contract basis under Contract Employee Policy 2002 though a competitive process.
