A notification has been issued on 4th November 2021 in connection with request for correction in Regularization Order of Teachers by School Education Department,Govt.of Punjab lahore.Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
REQUEST FOR CORRECTION IN REGULARIZATION ORDERS
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above.
2.It has been noticed that contractual employees ESEs and SESEs who were recruited under Contract Recruitment Policy 2014 & 2016 were regularized under “The Punjab Regularization of Service Act, 2018” in 2019. The regularization orders were to be issued with immediate effect, as per the text of “The Punjab Regularization of Service Act, 2018” instead, they were Issued having words “with effect from”.
3.Contractual employees of Govt. of the Punjab were regularized under
“The Punjab Regularization of Service Act, 2018”. As per clause 2(f) of the Act ibid: “Regularization means the appointment of an eligible contract employee on regular basis, with immediate effect, in accordance with the Act”.
Consequent upon differences in regularization orders in terms of text of *The Punjab Regularization of Service Act, 2018, some teachers across the Province are facing issues.
5 .I am directed to inform that it has been desired to rectify their regularization orders at the earliest, under intimation to this office.
