In the first three months of 2024, it’s expected that Pakistan’s gonna have kinda normal rainfall and higher temperatures. So, like, at the beginning, it might not be so rainy, but towards the end, it’s gonna get wetter. This weather stuff is influenced by the El Niño thing and some Indian Ocean Dipole shift.
You can expect, like, regular rainfall in the upper part of Pakistan, like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northern Balochistan, upper Punjab, and Kashmir, especially at the end of the season.
And temperatures are gonna be above normal, especially in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Northern Punjab, and some of Kashmir.
So, like, what this means is that at the start, it might be kinda dry, but by the end, it’s gonna be wetter, which is good for growing stuff. Also, there might be some thick fog in the flat areas, but that’s gonna go away towards the end of the season.
And for the water and power folks, they should be careful about how they use water. Oh, and watch out for hailstorms and, like, maybe some dry spells that could make people sick.
