A notification has been issued on 11th January 2022 in connection with Provision of Online Date of Personnel For Automation in BISE Rawalpindi by The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

- Reference to the subject noted above, it has been requested to furnish on-line data on a devise Performa along with latest photograph in the form of consolidated hard and soft copies.
- In this regard, it is submitted that this office is going to adopt full automation process in the Examination System and there is a need to pass on the directions to all the Heads or Cluster’s Secondary/Higher Secondary Elementary Primary Schools working under your kind control. The major chunk of this exercise has not so for been completed due to poor response of the concerned Stall. As per record of this office only a few teachers/star have submitted its online data for automation.
- Needless to mention here that all those staff who intended to perform their duties as Resident Inspector, Distributing Inspector, Superintendent. Dy. Superintendent, Invigilators, Practical Examiner, during conduct of examination (SSC, HSSC), Annual Supply-2022 and onward, their duties would be assigned through online system. Simultaneously their remuneration and payments will also be shifted through online system in their respective accounts.
- The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen in its meeting held on 08/10/2016 vide item no 2 of its proceeding stated as under. – keeping in view the non-availability of Supervisory / Invigilator / Evaluator staff for conduct of examinations and evaluation of scripts
All Examination duties shall be deemed as essential service as defined in Section 2 (ii) of the Punjab Essential Service (Maintenance) Act, 1958. Therefore, all the reporting officers of Education Institutions shall reflecting the Annual Confidential Report whether the teacher to be reported upon, has performed examination duties assigned by the Board or not. In case of nonperformance of the said duties, adverse remarks against the said teacher shall be recorded in the ACR by the reporting Officer on the basis of the reports received from the Board authorities.
In view of the above, it is requested to direct all the Heads of the Institutions to furnish their online data of all teachers/staff working under their kind control for issuance of online duties.
