PTI to form govt in center, Punjab, KP Barrister Gohar

Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, representing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), exudes confidence in the party’s ability to form governments in the Centre, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He firmly stated that the announcement of the Prime Minister would come from PTI’s former chairman, Imran Khan.

Expressing a sense of urgency, Barrister Gohar demanded the prompt release of election results before midnight, warning of peaceful protests outside Returning Officers’ (ROs) offices if the deadline isn’t met.

The core demand of these protests is to uphold the public mandate in government formation. Barrister Gohar emphasized PTI’s electoral triumphs and the necessity of honoring the seats won by the party, ensuring a fair political landscape.

He lamented the hurdles faced by PTI members, including unwarranted legal challenges and the detention of party leaders. Despite these setbacks, Barrister Gohar stressed the importance of the democratic process and the significant voter turnout in recent elections.

Recalling discussions with the Election Commission to guarantee fairness and transparency in the electoral process, Barrister Gohar refuted and condemned assertions made by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) regarding government formation, citing PTI’s substantial lead in seats.

He cautioned against stifling the people’s voice and underscored the imperative of upholding democratic principles. Barrister Gohar affirmed confidence in the integrity of Form 45, believing it accurately represents the voters’ will.

He reiterated PTI’s dedication to national progress, emphasizing their commitment to advancing the country through peaceful and democratic means.
