I am directed to the subject noted above and to enclose Sanction Orders along with Original Service Books and documents as per list enclosed pertaining to your jurisdiction/District with the direction that same orders / Original Service Books may be handed over to legal heir(s) of incumbent / Ex-employees and furnished the receiving of the orders by the beneficiary to this department within a week positively.
