A notification / letter has been issued / forwarded to District Accounts Officer Hafizabad in connection with non deduction of Conveyance Allowance of Teachers.Further detail of said letter in same is as under,
NON-DEDUCTION OF CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE
It is submitted that all Public / Private schools are closed during the Covid-19 w.e.f 25-11-2020 during which students have been restricted to attend the school but staff is engaged in the school for different tasks.
You are therefore,requested not to deduct conveyance allowance of the teachers for the period.
