A notification has been issued on 15th November 2021 in connection with instructions issued for relaxation in School Duty Hours for verification of Electoral Rolls to all CEOs in District Sargodha. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
RELAXATION IN SCHOOL DUTY HOURS FOR VERIFICATION OF ELECTORAL ROLL
Kindly refer to the Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab Lahore office endorsement No.F.3(2)/2021-22(E-Rolls)(Vol-l) dated 22nd October 2021 (Copy enclosed) the revision process of door to door verification of Electoral Rolls 2021-22 has been commenced from 7. November 2021 and will continue till 6. December 2021. In this regard, Assistant Registration Officers/ Supervisors and Verifying Officials have been engaged from the Education Department.
- It has been observed, that the pace of work of door to door verification is very slow. The undersigned contacted with the engaged field staff and they are of the view that after closure of school hours, they have limited time to complete the assignment.
- It is requested that engaged field staff may kindly be relieved after 1:00 PM from to date till 7. December, 2021, so that the time limited activity of Revision of Electoral Rolls 2021-22 be completed smoothly.
