A notification has been issued and forwarded to District Education Authority Hafizabad in connection with provision of Attendance record of Teachers for non deduction of conveyance Allowance.Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

subject cited above.
In this regard, this office is making recovery in accordance with the Audit Para No. 15. Public / Private Schools closed during the 2nd wave of COVID-19 w.e.f 25.11.2020.
You are hereby requested to furnish the certificate regarding attendance of teacher staff during COVID-19 2nd wave of different period and remain engaged in different assignments.
It is, therefore, requested to provide the above mentioned information at the earliest for the settlement of Audit Para NO.15 and recovery of teacher staff who attended school during 2nd wave of COVID-19 can be stopped.
