A notification has been issued on 26th July 2021 in connection with the provincial cabinet decision regarding the re-hiring of civil servants by the Government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration Department (Regulations / O&M Wing).Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
RE-HIRING OF A CIVIL SERVANT IN GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS
The provincial cabinet in its 46th meeting held on 22.06.2021 has approved the re-hiring of a civil servant who should not exceed 63 years in any case and be done only under re-employment policy framed under section 13 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974.
