Notification School Timings Punjab Schools Ramzan 2024 (1st Shift & 2nd Shift)

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 11-03-2024 in connection with School Timings Punjab Schools Ramzan 2024 for 1st Shift & 2nd Shift schools in Punjab.

NO.SO (A-I)1-31/2022:  Consequent upon approval of Competent Authority, the following timing shall be observed in all educational institutes/Schools in Punjab during the Holy Month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak-2024:

Morning Assembly shall remain discontinued during to month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak.

A copy is forwarded for information and Necessary action to the following:

1. All the Deputy Commissioner in Punjab.
2. The Director Public Insuction (SE/EE), Punjab.
3. All Head of Attached Department/PEIOMA/ PEF/DREP/Cadet Colleges.
4. The Director (Monitoring) with request to upload the same on the official website of the School Education Department for General information.
5. All chief Executive officers (DEA) in Punjab.
6. PSO in Ministry for School Education Department.
7. PS to SECRETARY, Special Education Department
8. PS to Secretary Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education Department.
9. PS to Secretary School Education Department.
10. PS to Special Secretary School Education Department.
11. PS to Additional Secretary (General) School Education Department.
12. PA to Deputy Secretary (ACAD), School Education Department.
