In the public school of Punjab up till now 91.30% B-form numbers of enrolled students have been entered in School Information System (SIS).
This to inform you that B-form numbers of students entered in the School Information System (SIS) wil’ be verified through NADRA. In this regard, you are requested to ensure correct entry of the following indicators of B-form numbers of students in SIS:
- 2StudentB-form.nurmber.
- Student name
- Student date of birth
- Student Gender
- .Father name and CNIC Number
- Guardian name and CNIC number
Also, it has come into notice that more than 80,000 students are enrolled with the teacher CNIC to avoid any inconvenience make sure to verity and correct all indicators till 30-11-2021 .
Necessary action may be taken accordingly. please.
