This communication serves to notify that, in accordance with the Assessment Policy Framework (APF) 2019, the Punjab Examination Commission is set to conduct the Large Scale Assessment (LSA-2024) for Grade 2, 3, and 5 on a full scale, with a pilot for Grades 6 and 7. The tentative schedule for the assessments spans from 19th February to 23rd February 2024, covering various locations across Punjab.
In light of the above, we kindly request the nomination of suitable officers/teachers from your district to serve as Learning Management Team (LMT) members/Facilitators for the purpose of training Test Administrators (TAs) and ensuring the seamless execution of LSA-2024. The nominations should adhere to the following criteria:
- I. LMT/Facilitator candidates must express willingness, exhibit efficiency, and possess computer literacy.
- II. Nominate LMTs/Facilitators as per the attached district-wise requirements.
- III. Preferably nominate individuals with training experience and holding a position of BPS 16 and above.
- IV. Give preference to officers/teachers who have undergone prior training for the conduct of LSA.
- V. The scheduled training is set to take place on
14th February 2024, at the PEC Conference Room, with timings from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
