Government of Pakistan, Corporate Finance Wing, Finance Division issued a Notification on 12-02-2024 in connection with the Constitution Committee Regarding Legal Status of Federal Govt Entities SOEs Act 2023.

Constitution Committee Regarding Legal Status of Federal Govt Entities SOEs Act 2023

The Finance Division issued Notification No F.No.. 2(16) CF-iv/2024/56- dated 12th February 2024. The Finance Secretary has been pleased to institute a committee on state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to look into matters relating to the determination of the legal status of federal government entities in terms of the applicability of the SECS Act 2023.

The composition of the committee will be as under:

• AASF (CF) / JS CF(-I)
• Director General (CMU) finance division
• Mr.Hassan Mahmood ,(Legislative advisor (mo-11) Law and justice division
• Mr. Mubasher Saeed saddozai (Executive director Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan)

Ministries/Division may refer questions/queries relating to the applicability of SOEe Act 2023 on any entity to the aforesaid committee.
